The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki offers its students a wide range of services and facilities to support their academic, social and personal life throughout their studies.

  • University Student Club – Serves more than 15,000 free meals daily to all members of the university community.
  • Accommodation – Free accommodation in university halls of residence is available for eligible undergraduate, postgraduate students and PhD candidates from large or low-income families.
  • Student Health Services – Includes primary healthcare, counselling and psychological support services, as well as student insurance information.
  • Career Services Office – Provides detailed guidance and advice on studies, career planning and employment opportunities.
  • Scholarships – AUTh awards scholarships annually to undergraduate, postgraduate students and researchers based on academic merit and social criteria.
  • Centre for Foreign Language Teaching – An independent academic unit offering language courses for specific purposes across a range of languages.
  • Library and Information Centre – A decentralised network comprising the Central Library and specialised branch libraries serving all schools and departments.
  • University Gym – Offers a wide range of sports programmes, internal tournaments, dance classes and outdoor activities for students and staff.
  • Kalandra University Camp – A university camp in Chalkidiki offering relaxation, recreation and outdoor activities in a natural setting.
  • Day Care Unit – A pedagogical unit operating as a nursery school for preschool-aged children (2.5 to 6 years) of university community members.
  • Equal Access Unit (EAU) – Supports students with disabilities or special educational needs, ensuring full and equal participation in all academic, research and administrative activities at AUTh.
